The Two Favourite Trends of The Season

Let's talk about two of my favourite trends of 2017: off the shoulder tops and gingham prints. While I'm not one for jumping on board trends, I was heavily influenced by my blogger friends, so I bought this Hello Parry gingham wrap top from the Launch Party of Style Society Boutique in Norwood, SA. And although it's a very on trend piece, I feel like I will get a couple of seasons wear out of it, plus it's super cute! I don't have any other off the shoulder tops that reach the elbow, and I also don't have any tops with this style of sleeve. So I took the plunge!Off The ShoulderThis trend has been around for quite a while now! I have to admit, I find it pretty annoying as the bra choice isn't exactly comfortable, but hey, all in the name of fashion! With the weather warming up though, these tops will become my go to for sure!GinghamThis trend has been on and off for what feels like forever. You could probably always get away with wearing a gingham top because it's very nineties and nineties is always acceptable! But this year you can also get away with wearing gingham pants or skirts.
